Our policy

While staying at Inn on the lake motel, we want you to enjoy an enjoyable and safe stay. The following are our policies, rules and regulations that will ensure a happy environment for all of our guests!

The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests to a room.

GUEST MAY ASK FOR ACCOMMODATION BEFORE CHECKING-IN.ONCE CHECKED-IN NO MONIES CAN BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED(EXCEPT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT PROVIDED THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR LOSS) FOR EARLY DEPARTURE /CHECK-OUT DUE TO YOUR CHANGE OF PLANS, SINCE THE REGISTRATION FORM CANNOT BE VOIDED AFTER CHECK-IN.

  • Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only.
  • No loud or abusive language or fighting will be tolerated.

You must register and arrange for payment in full prior to entering your motel room. Check out time is 11:00 AM ET and check in time is 3:00 PM ET. All late check out must be fully authorized by our management

  • ALL OCCUPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BELONGINGS
  • NO VISITORS ARE PERMITTED ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
  • MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE RENTED PREMISES AT REASONABLE HOURS FOR MAINTENANCE ETC.
  • NON-COMPLIANCE OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID.

Cancellation Policies: Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit. Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund if made 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the entire deposit is forfeited. Special events or holiday reservations will require a minimum 7 day advanced cancellation notice. If less than 7 day notice is provided, the entire deposit is forfeited.
Security Deposit: All reservations will be automatically be refunded back within 5-10 business days, provided there is no damage to the room.

Refunds: No refunds will be given for early departures or due to inclement weather especially for weekend rentals. We will give special consideration when a Mandatory Evacuation Order has been issued for a hurricane or other event.Once an evacuation order has been issued you must vacate the Motel within 2 hours.

Weekly / Long-Term Stay: All weekly rates are non-refundable. Weekly guest(s) are eligible for new set of towels.

If we discover any unauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests. Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume that you are not expecting guests and do not wish to have guests unless you tell us in advance.There is an additional charge for children and you must advise us if children are with your party at the time you make a reservation. Manager sets maximum occupancy for each room.

THIS MOTEL IS 100% SMOKING FREE. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a $200.00 Clean Up Fee.

Damage to any hotel room, or lost/stolen items will be charged to you. You will be charged for damage caused by pets, children, or negligence.

From July 1st 2017 all pets are prohibited to all new guests at Inn on the lake.

If we discover any unauthorized pets or animals in your motel room, a $300 service fee will be charged and we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds.

Understand that the rules will be enforced at the discretion of the management and that disregard of these rules will result in the eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.
